01 — ENGAGEMENT

Ensure supporters are heard

  • Listen to and represent the views of Trust members
  • Build constructive relationships with Sheffield Wednesday, supporter groups and key stakeholders
  • Create opportunities for supporters to engage directly with decision makers at the Club
02 — SOUND ORGANISATION

Operate transparently, democratically and in the interests of members.

  • Grow and strengthen the Trust’s membership
  • Ensure members elect the Board and help shape priorities
  • Operate openly and accountably in line with Football Supporters’ Association principles
03 — CAMPAIGNING

Campaign for supporters

  • Champion supporter interests on issues affecting Sheffield Wednesday fans
  • Work with the Club and stakeholders to improve the supporter experience
  • Speak up when action is needed and collaborate when progress can be achieved
